Refund Policy

A legal disclaimer

General Policy

All automotive consulting services provided by Endless Motors are non-refundable. Due to the nature of consulting services—where time, expertise, and analysis are delivered upon engagement—all sales are final unless otherwise stated in this policy.

Exception – Failure to Meet Stated Consulting Intentions

A refund may be considered only if Endless Motors fails to provide the consulting services in accordance with the explicitly stated objectives, scope of work, or deliverables agreed upon prior to the commencement of services.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Client dissatisfaction based on personal opinion or expectations not outlined in writing

  • Outcomes influenced by vehicle condition, third-party repairs, market conditions, or external factors beyond our control

  • Decisions made by the client based on consulting recommendations

  • Services that have been partially or fully rendered

Eligibility for Refund Requests

To be eligible for review, refund requests must:

  • Be submitted in writing within 7 of service completion

  • Clearly identify how the agreed-upon consulting intentions were not met

  • Include relevant documentation or prior written agreements

Review & Determination

All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approval, denial, or adjustment of any refund is at the sole discretion of Endless Motors. Where applicable, refunds may be issued as full or partial refunds depending on the scope of services provided.

Refund Processing

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 days of approval.
