Welcome to Endless Motors. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our consulting services. By using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Services Provided

Endless Motors provides consulting services to assist clients in identifying, evaluating, and negotiating the purchase of a used vehicle. We offer guidance, research, recommendations, and general advice based on market knowledge and client needs.

We do not sell vehicles, act as a licensed dealer, broker, lender, insurer, or legal professional unless explicitly stated in writing.

2. No Guarantee

While we strive to help clients obtain the best possible deal and make informed decisions, we do not guarantee:

  • Vehicle condition or reliability

  • Pricing, savings, or financial outcomes

  • Approval for financing

  • Future vehicle performance or value

All vehicle purchases are ultimately the client’s responsibility.

3. Client Responsibility

The client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate and honest information

  • Perform their own final inspection and verification before purchase

  • Review all paperwork, warranties, and contracts carefully

  • Make the final purchasing decision independently

We strongly recommend independent mechanical inspections before buying any used vehicle.

4. Fees and Payments

  • Consulting fees are Flat fee

  • Payment terms: Due upfront

  • Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing

  • Additional services may incur extra charges

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, Endless Motors shall not be liable for:

  • Vehicle defects, hidden damage, or mechanical failures

  • Financial loss, missed deals, price changes, or market conditions

  • Actions, misrepresentations, or conduct of dealers, sellers, or third parties

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

Maximum Liability: In any case, Endless Motors’ total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for consulting services.

6. Liability Waiver & Assumption of Risk

By using our services, the client acknowledges and agrees:

  • Purchasing a used vehicle involves inherent risks, including unknown mechanical, financial, and market risks.

  • Endless Motors provides guidance and consulting only, and the final purchase decision is solely the client’s responsibility.

  • The client voluntarily assumes all risks associated with the purchase, ownership, condition, and performance of any vehicle.

  • The client agrees to release, waive, and hold harmless Endless Motors, its owners, employees, and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from or related to a vehicle purchase or transaction.

This waiver applies to the fullest extent permitted under the laws of the State of Florida.

7. No Legal, Mechanical, or Financial Advice

Our services are for informational and consulting purposes only and do not constitute legal, financial, or mechanical advice. Clients should seek licensed professionals when necessary.

8. Third-Party Services

We may recommend dealerships, inspectors, lenders, or other third parties. Endless Motors is not responsible for their actions, services, representations, or outcomes.

9. Cancellation Policy

  • Clients may cancel services at any time

  • Any work already completed may still be billed

  • Fees paid are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing

10. Privacy

We respect your privacy and will not sell or share your personal information except as necessary to provide services or when required by law.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from these Terms or services shall be handled within the State of Florida.
